Think of your answer in the following way: Will my answer be OF ANY VALUE TO the person asking the question? I can’t tell you how many Amazon customers think that answer posted questions with empty/useless responses.

As a seller of the product or brand owner, you should get an email when a customer asks a question and giving you an option to answer.

Amazon should send you an email if a customer asks a question, and you’ll have an option to answer it.

Maybe that would get rid of all of the waste responses of, “I don’t know. I bought it as a gift!”

Hi,

Try going to the product page from your Manage Inventory in Seller Central.

To post, accounts need to have a minimum amount of valid purchases. Prime subscriptions and promotional discounts don’t qualify.

Do I need to do any changes?
